We could use the hangouts app to bring in professionals around the world into our classroom, include sick or absent students in our lectures, and connect with people from different cultures and lifestyles in order to end stereotypes, and allow students to see beyond the walls of their own community.

  8. We spent our entire time looking for apps that we are unfamiliar with attempting to find apps for students to create presentations/websites/blogs. We know that there are a ton of options on the iPads, but we would like to find more options for students to access using their Chromebooks. We find that we pretty much resort to Prezi, Google Slides and Powtoon in the classroom and would like to learn about more options.
